The key to the Scalpel’s incredible suspension performance and light weight. The patented carbon flex zones behave like a Horst link on a four-joint rear triangle, but are lighter, stiffer and more durable than any construction that has to stock.

Everything you need for quick repairs on the road is included. A Fabric 8-in-1 mini tool in a DeepL access holster, a Dynaplug tubeless patch kit, a CO2 cartridge, all discreetly hidden under your water bottle. Quick and easy.

Connected
An integrated wheel sensor provides extremely accurate values for speed, distance and distance. It helps you register your bike, reminds you of service intervals and more – all via the free Cannondale app.

Ai – Asymmetric Integration
Canonndale’s unique drive system provides high tyre clearance while keeping the chain stays short: for high traction and agile handling. It also provides a stiffer and more resilient rear wheel. AI is a win-win-win situation!
